Property Manager Review Process & User Responsibilities
PropertyManagementList.com reviews applications from Property Managers before listing them on the Platform and verifies certain credentials where possible. However, users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any Property Manager.
Users are encouraged to verify credentials through official regulatory sources, such as:
- State real estate licensing boards
- Better Business Bureau (BBB) – www.bbb.org
- Local business licensing authorities
- Professional association directories (e.g., NARPM – National Association of Residential Property Managers)
Property Manager Responsibilities
Property Managers listed on PropertyManagementList.com must maintain valid licenses and comply with all applicable regulatory and ethical guidelines.
Property Managers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided on their profile is accurate and must update any changes within 7 days.
PropertyManagementList.com does not verify ongoing regulatory compliance after initial acceptance.
Compensation Disclosure & Conflicts of Interest
Some Property Managers pay for additional leads, featured placements, or enhanced visibility on PropertyManagementList.com.
Paid placement does not affect rankings, recommendations, or matching outcomes.
This compensation creates a material conflict of interest, and users should assess Property Managers independently before engagement.
Third-Party Services & Data Collection
PropertyManagementList.com uses third-party services for analytics, payment processing, marketing communications, and customer relationship management.
These third-party services handle user data according to their respective privacy policies. PropertyManagementList.com does not control how these third parties process user data.

Intellectual Property

Termination & Modifications

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Class Action Waiver: Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PropertyManagementList LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
